Terminal B (New) Retail Concession Agreements

The Sacramento County Airport System is soliciting proposals for the right to enter into non-exclusive Retail Concession Agreements at Sacramento International Airport. Concessionaires will be selected through this public RFP process. The RFP provides specific instructions regarding what to include in and how to format the proposal. If awarded, the retail operations will be conducted in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement (Attachment A). The selected proposers shall be responsible for finishing the assigned space in accordance with the County Airport Tenant Design Manual (Exhibit J of the Agreement) so that it will be open for business when Terminal B opens.

Executive Airport Fuel Storage Facility Agreement

Submittal Deadline: Thursday, October 21, 2010, 4 p.m. local time
The County Airport System is soliciting Proposals to enter into an Agreement for Sublease of Fuel Storage Facility at Executive Airport. This Request for Proposals (RFP) provides the opportunity for all interested and qualified operators to submit Proposals that will specifically address the management of the existing fuel farm facilities and permit fueling operations at Executive Airport with a Commercial Fueling Permit using above-ground storage tanks (ASTs), at a location specified by the Director.
